What size pillow insert should I use?
We recommend using a pillow insert that is 1"-2" larger than the pillow cover. For this pillow cover, a 20in x 20in / 50cm x 50cm pillow insert would work best.

How should I clean my pillow?
Hand wash in cold water recommended. Spills or stains can be blotted out of the wool by adding warm water directly to the stain and blotting all liquid out of the wool with a towel. The water will help release the spilled liquid from the wool. If a stain remains, you can spot treat with a gentle, natural, wool safe stain remover.
