San Junipero Textile Studio is a female owned design and textile studio born in 2016 in Los Angeles, California. Our mission is one of sustainability, artistry, and female empowerment. Looking to overcome the norm of the low-quality, short-lifespan product that is so often pushed in the world of textiles, we set out to make products that are designed to last for the long haul, while creating positive social impacts. We create our products with low environmental impact, impeccable design, long lasting materials and construction, from facilities where we can directly impact and improve the lives of female artisans. Founder, Rebecca Kessel, is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design and is on a mission to change the way we live in our most intimate spaces by creating intentional, meaningful, and socially conscious products.
